Mel Orellano is studying Business Administration at NLC. She is a first-generation student who will be graduating from Northeast Lakeview 大学 this Spring and then transferring to a university to complete a bachelor’s degree with the ultimate goal of obtaining an MBA. Mel is part of the AlamoPROMISE program, the 阿拉莫大学 区’s program, in partnership with local government, local ISD’s and community organizations, that covers the cost of tuition and fees at one of the colleges within the 阿拉莫大学 区 for 圣安东尼奥 and Bexar县 students who plan to earn an associate degree, 认证, courses for transfer or workforce training.
